I used to be a big fan of the show Dancing With the Stars. I still enjoy the show and I still love dance, but I was put off by a couple of things. The length of time I had to devote to the show grew longer each season and it bothered me that the judging was so uneven. Mind boggling! To say the least.

I saw this article today that quoted parts of the letter that Flora Edwards, attorney for Anne Hathaway’s ex-boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, wrote in a letter to Judge John Koeltl requesting leniency in his fraud case.  Edwards blames Anne Hathaway for Follieri’s mistakes, saying:
“He was surrounded by movie stars and celebrities and this young man who neither drinks nor smokes was intoxicated with it all…Unfortunately, he lacked the resources to maintain the opulent lifestyle of his new friends. Even more unfortunately, he had almost unfettered access to hundreds of thousands of dollars with few controls on his spending ability, until it was too late.”
