Is your condition considered sexy?

Would you feel better if you could add a little dazzle to your CFS accessories?  I am always forgetting to bring my inhaler on outings….why do I forget it, when it’s so necessary for me.  I suspect its because I don’t want to look like a total loser, having to lug around a breathing apparatus.  However, if I could give my oh so drab inhaler a little pimped out makeover -  I would want to bring it with me everywhere….and all those celebutant wannabes would be soooo jealous of me.

Insomniac

Due to a fairly intense burst of energy, I woke up feeling very rested after about 1 hr of sleep. I have now been awake for hours. Here is a list of what I have done since I woke up.

Scrubbed my bathroom sink
Made a delicious pot of coffee (if I am awake, I may as well enjoy myself)
Walked to the mailbox, and mailed the latest dvd that Starflix sent (if you want to see Poseidon, don’t bother wasting your time, its horrible).
Chatted with a friend who lives overseas
Snooped around on Facebook
Wrote 3 posts for CFS …read more

Salt – The Enemy

With the exception of putting salt on popcorn, and rimming margarita glasses, I rarely use salt. Actually I use salt less than rarely.
Despite having low blood pressure, and being sodium deficient. I crave it all the time, but I find that there is too much salt in foods to begin with. So I just don’t use it.
Last night I had left over indian food for dinner, and this morning I woke up with my joints all swollen. OK only my wrists are swollen, but the rest of me feels like I sprained every other …read more

Tired Quote of the Day

Signs of fatigue soon manifested themselves more and more strongly, and slowly the men dropped out one by one, from sheer exhaustion. No murmur of complaint, however, would be heard.
~Fritz Kreisler
This is pretty much how I am feeling right about now. I believe this means I should go to bed. Goodnight

I am really not this sick and/or twisted

First off let me apologize for this not having anything to do with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome……and secondly I am just sorry for what you are about to read.
I am in the worst mood ever. With just about everyone I have encounted, I have done my best to try to make them miserable. Why you ask? No reason, other than I am feeling lousy, and I think everybody else should share in it. At least the ones that share my air space.
Earlier today I came across this website, and sent it to a friend (Tris) before …read more
