Crystal Icing will decorate any item with Swarovski Crystals….any item at all (this includes medical accessories). So if you are feeling a little shy about your pill case (to go with those pearly sheened meds) or your walking cane, just send it along to Crystal Icing.

**thanks to Jenni at Chronicbabe for introducing this to me.

Due to a fairly intense burst of energy, I woke up feeling very rested after about 1 hr of sleep. I have now been awake for hours. Here is a list of what I have done since I woke up.

Scrubbed my bathroom sink
Made a delicious pot of coffee (if I am awake, I may as well enjoy myself)
Walked to the mailbox, and mailed the latest dvd that Starflix sent (if you want to see Poseidon, don’t bother wasting your time, its horrible).
Chatted with a friend who lives overseas
Snooped around on Facebook

I don’t wake up for less than $10,000 a day. ~ Linda Evangelista, supermodel
I think we just found the ideal job for people who live with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and this position comes with make up artists that would be able to hide the black circles under our eyes.

Last night I had left over indian food for dinner, and this morning I woke up with my joints all swollen. OK only my wrists are swollen, but the rest of me feels like I sprained every other joint in my body. It feels wrong….and I am pretty sure that its due to my salt intake.

So now I am guzzling water like its going out of style.

Yuck!

This just made me think that there is going to be a huge positive media campaign surrounding salt….like the ones for milk, pork, and potatoes. Can’t wait to see what they come up with.

This is pretty much how I am feeling right about now. I believe this means I should go to bed. Goodnight

First off let me apologize for this not having anything to do with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome……and secondly I am just sorry for what you are about to read.

I am in the worst mood ever. With just about everyone I have encounted, I have done my best to try to make them miserable. Why you ask? No reason, other than I am feeling lousy, and I think everybody else should share in it. At least the ones that share my air space.

Earlier today I came across this website, and sent it to a friend (Tris) before I actually knew what I was sending, and I probably traumatized him (sorry pal!), as no warning came with the link…unlike you people….consider yourselves fully warned.

While I was going through the catalogue of gnomes, I started fantasizing about how I wish everyone I know was a garden gnome. I seriously need some help. However, it did temporarily make me feel better. I just wish the feeling lasted a little longer.

Anyway, next time you are feeling icky, just turn your imagination on for a little bit – and do some imaginary damage to a garden gnome (you could even pretend one is CFS!!!!) – its guaranteed to give you a little bit of enjoyment, and a small amount of stress relief.
