Coriander is the seed that Cilantro grows from. The ground seed has a sort of citrus tang to it. When I was first married my specialty was a creamy Enchilada dish that featured a sauce flavored with Coriander.
I use chicken that I’ve previously stewed myself, but if you’d rather, you can use 3 cups of diced leftover chicken and 3 cups of chicken broth. I use a lowfat sour cream and a low fat monterey jack cheese to cut down on the fat with this dish, but it is not necessary for you to do so.

Robin’s Baked Brie Dip

My sister, Robin, is in town for a visit and I asked her for a recipe recommendation. She shared a fancy Baked Brie Dip that is very simple to make. My sister is a wonderful cook.
Baked Brie Dip in a Bread Bowl
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup butter (1 cube)
2 TBs Thyme
1 large white onion
1 round of Brie
1 large sourdough bread, round, hollowed out to hold Brie, save extra bread for dipping

Did you know that cheese is the 2nd most common item in our refrigerators? A survey conducted by Progressive Grocer in 2007 states that cheese is among the list of staple food in everyone’s household. Cheddar cheese being the top kind, Mozzarella, Ricotta, Monterey Jack, Parmesan, Swiss, Hispanic styles, Colby and Provolone follows.
I believe this survey because I know my fridge never runs out of cheese. I always grab cheddar, Mozzarella, Ricotta, and Parmesan whenever I go grocery shopping.
