Children with migraines have higher risk of sleep apnea and other disorders

There’s a conference going on right now called SLEEP. It’s the 22nd Annual Meeting of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies (APSS). They’ve been issuing many interesting press releases about abstracts (summaries of studies) regarding sleep issues.
One of these abstracts is from a study that found children with migraine headaches are more likely to have sleep disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and lack of sleep, than children without a migraine.
