All that protein without any fat did not agree with my stomach, and while I lost weight fast, I ended up gaining it back when I reintroduced vegetables and other carbs like certain types of fruit.<br />
Jimmy Moore has <a href="http://livinlavidalocarb.blogspot.com/2007/09/kimkins-cover-girl-passionately.html">a great post today</a> about Woman&#8217;s World cover girl Christin, who lost 100 pounds in 5 months on Kimkins. She is now urging people to reconsider the diet after losing hair, her periods, and having a heart scare.<br />
I would personally not recommend Kimkins, because any diet should have adequate amounts of nutrients and contain at least 1200 calories per day to avoid slowing down the metabolism.</p>
