One of my favorite kitchen garden herbs is cilantro. I love to use fresh cilantro on Spring salads, fresh garden salsa, tacos, dips and many other dishes. During the winter I always have at least one bunch of cilantro in the refrigerator to pull out and add to recipes.
My favorite cilantro is fresh from the garden. I love to walk out in the garden and grab a handful of leaves just to smell their fresh scent.
