		<description><![CDATA[While reading blogs the other night I came across a great entry by Kevin Humphrey on his Simply Thrifty blog about Cloud Gazing. It struck me immediately how similar watching the clouds float by is to journal writing. In fact, I suggest you try a session just stretched out, flat on your back on the grass, watching those clouds float on by.  
I&#8217;m reminded of the Peanuts comic strip with Charlie, Snoopy and the gang just gazing up into the clouds. It&#8217;s one activity I recommend you try just before spending time writing in your journal.
