If you have a college bound student in your household, you may be spending some vacation time visiting college campuses.   You should spend some time checking out the campus on your own, getting an unbiased feel for the place, and then arrange for a tour with school officials.

I know I am on a politics kick surrounding gun right issues, especially since the Virginia Tech shootings. The reason for that is I have 5 young kids at home that will some day occupy these schools and campuses and it really concerns me as to what these facilities will be like in the years and generations to come.
