When you’re not busy menu-planning for Thanksgiving, you’re scanning the aisles of Sur La Table, for the perfect roasting pan, pie dish, and turkey baster: All gear that in all likelihood, will get stowed in a storage closet after the holidays, not to see the light of your kitchen until November 2011.
