This &#8220;Penthouse Potty&#8221; is one of those things that you wonder how it didn&#8217;t get invented sooner. You basically put it out on your deck or patio if you live somewhere that makes it difficult to get your dog down to ground level for potty breaks.
While it makes sense I&#8217;m a little torn on it. I can understand the pain-in-the-rear aspect of having to walk your dog down a flight or several flights of stairs a few times a day for bathroom breaks, I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;d be looking forward to having to clean this thing either.
