I had a nice chat with Deborah Quilter on Wednesday. She’s a New York City-based writer, consultant, fitness professional and author of The Repetitive Strain Injury Recovery Book (Walker, New York 1998) and coauthor of Repetitive Strain Injury: A Computer User’s Guide (with Emil Pascarelli, M.D., John Wiley & Sons, New York 1994).

Ergonomics: a brief video of author Deborah Quilter

Deborah Quilter, the author of the Repetitive Strain Injury Recovery Book, was the subject of this short Healthology video called Repetitive Strain Injury – Causes & Symptoms. Sometimes, it’s nice to see someone describing something, rather than just reading about it.
