I hopped onto Facebook to check on my Farmville account and got sidetracked when I found a tip from Walgreen’s on decorating for Halloween. Crape paper with little ghosts and bats hung from it to make spooky streamers. It sounds like a really cute idea and got me thinking about the Halloween banner I had last year.
