<p>Now, the offbeat parenting guide: if you&#8217;re a parent of teens (or a tween) some space is usually helpful. I&#8217;m not talking McMansion-like space, but some is a good plan.  From an Offbeat perspective, maybe something a little like the cool <a href="http://www.blisstree.com/what-kid-wouldnt-love-this-house/">Maritime Youth House</a> would work for you.</p>

<p>The kids can go hang; get some energy out&#8230; that&#8217;s a good deal.</p>
