I’ve been working on living a healthier lifestyle. I’ve noticed that in the last year, my metabolism appears to have slowed down. It takes a lot more work to lose weight. Could I Eat Moderately?

Yes I could. Eating moderately is pretty much the biggest way of how I lost weight last year after my second pregnancy. I exercised A LOT and I was also breastfeeding but let’s face it, I love food. I could’ve used the same pregnancy excuse “i’m eating for 2″ but I chose not to. I ate, moderately and the healthy way since I was still my baby’s source of food.
