September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month this matters because this year alone as many as 22,000 women will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer. That’s a lot of women, maybe even some women you know and love. Sadly, many women don’t know all the risk factors, support options, or issues surrounding ovarian cancer.
In order to educate women about this important topic, Seventh Generation has teamed up with the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF) and has dedicated September 1st, 2009 as “Let’s Talk… Period” Day. Boycott the Scale during Pain Body PMS

A tip for your self esteem during a lifestyle change. . .
Don’t weigh-in if you’re on your period and experiencing the PMS Pain Body. If you do – you will take it personally that you’re right back where you started.
Take the week off. Not from exercise – because I’ve found that if you are carrying the pain of all women, everywhere, since the dawn of time – that vigorous exercise and yoga is a really good thing to do with all that negative energy. The endorphins to the brain are priceless too.
