]]> Okay so you can’t buy these anymore, which makes me really sad, because actress Diane Farr and her best friend had created a greeting card company for those not-so-Hallmark moments in our lives.

Other Announcements has some really funny ideas for making those announcements to friends and family that you’re just not up to doing via the phone: Divorces, wedding cancellations, broken engagements, gay/lesbian children, even plastic surgery!

The broken engagement card for women cover reads simply: “Single.”

Then you open it up to read: “Picked the wrong guy. Gave him the wrong finger. Thanks for your support.”

Isn’t that fantastic?! I really love this idea, but for some reason Diane and company have stopped the presses. I’d love to see someone pick up the ball on this!
