World Against Toys Causing Harm, or WATCH, has published their 2007 list of the top 10 worst toys. Frankly I’m a little surprised that some of the toys made it on to shelves in the first place, like the Rubber Band Shooter. (We just used our hands when I was a kid.) Things like Jack Sparrow’s Spinning Dagger and Spiderman 3 New Goblin Sword were also on the list for risk of “impact injuries.”
Other mentions include a Dora the Explorer lamp that is a burn hazard to the many kids who mistake it for a doll, and B’Loonies Party pack. …read more
