Have a very Happy Memorial Day! Here are some ways to stay healthy while you celebrate.
If you don’t already know your family health history, find out. Hopefully you’ll be spending some time with your relatives so they’ll be easy to approach.
Go for a family walk.
Do a quick clean up of your pantry. Get rid of old or unhealthy items and restock with nutritious choices instead.
Take it easy on the alcohol at the family BBQ.
Opt for grilled salmon instead of hamburgers.
Play Frisbee or volleyball outdoors.

An honest-to-God, real live drunk showed up at our meeting last night followed closely by the men in blue…
