The beginning of the school year is a great time to take stock of all your commitments since all those sign-up sheets are in the mail.
Many people find themselves in over their heads with obligations and they don’t know how to get out, or they don’t realize that these things can be choices.
Dumb Little Man has a great article about how to Simplify Your Life: Delete Unwanted Commitments and learn how to choose what not to accept and relish our time as a resource.
Check it out before the PTA sign-ups.

Both parenting and working are full of decisions, both big and small, each day.
At one time or another, we all wonder if we’re doing it “right” and which path to choose. I know there are times where I analyze the last breath out of a situation and am still not sure if it’s the right thing to do.
Dumb Little Man has a great post about having confidence in your decisions. There’s some very good advice there, check it out.
