Popcorn Ball Easter Eggs

If you don’t care for hard boiled eggs, why not make some “faux” Easter eggs instead using popcorn. I mean, WHO doesn’t love popcorn? (It certainly isn’t me.)

For this idea, you just add “1 or 2 drops of food coloring to separate batches of the sugar syrup” for whatever popcorn ball recipe you are using. (Here’s a good one that works.) This recipe idea will make for a fun table decoration, or even look great in an Easter basket. (Although I would wrap the balls in cellophane to prevent from sticking.)
