For quite a few years now, my family decorates pumpkins each year with glitter. It’s an easy we first saw on the Martha Stewart Show and liked it so much that we do it every year now. So when I saw that she also had an idea to do the same thing with Easter eggs, I was intrigued to say the least!

What about an Easter Tree to celebrate Easter? Isn’t that such a great idea? I wouldn’t have thought about making an Easter Tree. I relate trees to Christmas trees but not really for Easter.

Thursday Tutorial – Easy Easter Bunny

The kids and I saw some gorgeous wood heart decorations the other day and thought we’d just love an Easter bunny that looked similar. However, I am not very good with saws and the end result would just be scary. I decided to make a faux wood bunny decoration using a piece of cereal box cardboard instead. (To make a sturdier bunny, simply look for tagboard or glue several layers of cardboard together.)
