I used to work in a hospital kitchen, and it was interesting to cook our meals and talk to the patients and staff about what we had made and why. I suppose having a farmer’s market takes that a step further, where the hospital ends up showing patients what kind of foods to buy.

What do you think? Would you attend a farmer’s market at your local hospital? Would it matter if you were a patient there or not?
