Yes. That seems to be one of the biggest piece of news that I have heard in a while. And it seems like this kind of project is currently being worked on right now.
What has happened is that a company based in California has been working with plastic balloons to convert the sun’s rays into usable energy. This company is Cool Earth Solar. They have been using the plastic used in Mylar balloons as well as in the wraps of Pop Tarts.
