Today I’ve got something for the men. AOL Health has a piece on the best exercise for even better sex. C’mon guys, grab your weights, and lets get busy.
*Push-ups – Men need good upper body strength to support themselves in the missionary position. Push-ups build muscles and help increase endurance. What makes you feel really, really sexy?

I must admit that I rarely feel sexy.
Most days, I feel like this cat.
However, there are a few things that make me feel very sexy despite the fact that it ticks Ana off:
- Acting and Public Speaking – give me an audience and I totally forget my lumpy thighs and dimpled derriere!
- Running, Indoor Rock Climbing, Swimming and Weight Lifting – Strength and endurance are truly beautiful!
That’s about it for me…
