I am a strong believer in equality of the sexes and I support the efforts that have been made by women over the centuries to change the idea that women are helpless.  I like to be independent and strong and stand up for women’s rights so no woman ever has to feel like a servant.  The idea of “traditional housewife” roles that involve cooking, cleaning, taking care of babies, and keeping up the house all anger me when I think that for many years it was accepted that women should do all of these things.
