One of my biggest pet peeves is to be with a couple and to hear one person speak to the other like a child. Now, certainly there are a number of behaviors that can fit this description, and can fall anywhere on the spectrum from mildly annoying to downright abusive. And if it’s gotten so bad that I’ve called it downright abusive, I assume you know what I think of it. ‘Nuff said.
