Fall is a wonderful time to get some of the most flavorful foods for a bargain price. There are many wonderful foods just coming into season during the fall. Some of my favorite fall foods are:
apples
pumpkin
winter squash
cabbage
kohlrabi
popcorn
Now is a great time to get all any of these fresh at the local farmer’s market, or from your own garden. I’ll have some recipes with some of these foods coming up in the next couple weeks.

Fall Cooking: Crock-Pot Pork Barbecue

Just because it’s Fall or Winter doesn’t mean you can’t have that barbecue taste once in a while. Two ways to accomplish that is to cook meat with barbecue sauce in the over or broiler or take out your crock-pot and let it do it’s magic.

Fall season is slowly approaching so I’m sure you are taking advantage of grilling outside as much as you can before it finally hits the weather and time to cover the grill again.
