My dad still has a subscription to Rolling Stone magazine. Last time I was home, he was paging through one of those consummate Rolling Stone best-of articles, this one featuring the ‘Top 50 Songs by Bob Dylan.’
“Can you tell me what number one is?” my dad asked my sister and I.
“Like a Rolling Stone?” we both answered.
Correct. “I guess I raised you guys right,” he said.
