Yesterday we wrote about personal trainer Drew Manning and his weight transformation over the past year. In case you missed it, he went from fit to fat and back to fit again, gaining 75 pounds by quitting exercise and eating nothing but crap for six months. And yes, he did all of that on purpose to prove a point to his clients: It is possible to get in kick-ass shape even if you start from being obese and out of shape. His transformation back to fitness in just six months was amazing, but not all readers saw it that way. More
