October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month, so I’m helping spread the word about Fybrocystic Breast Disease, which shows up as harmless single or multiple lumps that can be scary and confusing. Every woman should perform a self-breast exam each month and visit a doctor if there are any suspicious lumps. I’ve been doing some major autumn flinging around my house this week — getting rid of the old and making room for the new. Closets are getting a long-overdue rehaul, and so are my bookshelves. Yet I’ve just rediscovered an old gem, Dr. Gary Null’s book, A Woman’s Enyclopedia of Natural Healing.
