Think of this as a gentle, really pushy, suggestion from your friendly diabetic nurse. Wear an alert band or some type of recognizable or easily detected piece of jewelry that states you are a brittle diabetic or have large fluctuation’s in your blood sugars throughout the day. For all of us who live with highs and lows, they are easily distinguishable, but for most of the population they have no flippin idea why you are acting “bizarre and strange”.

Exercise Is Absolutely Necessary In My Diabetes Treatment

Here is my personal reflection, or ramblings to be totally truthful, that also serves as a gentle reminder. Get your butt up out of that chair and get moving! Over the last month or so, I haven’t been exercising as much as I usually do. We have been very busy, which I know is NOT an excuse, but that’s all I got!
