If you have a lapse in your healthy eating plan how do you get back on track? Over the last few years I’ve learned a few things that help me get back to healthy eating when I start to stray:

<p>If you have a lapse in your healthy eating plan how do you get back on track? Over the last few years I’ve learned a few things that help me get back to healthy eating when I start to stray:</p>

<li><span style="color: #000000">Get right back on plan as soon as you think you can.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000">Use it as a learning experience and let it make you stronger for the next time.</span></li>
