I’ve noticed that there is a pattern in my weight loss and weight gain and I think that it has a lot to do with my relationships. I started running at age 39 and lost a good deal of weight. I think the spring weather naturally inspires people to be healthy and as a result I’ve seen an increase in health and wellness fairs across the U.S. these last few weeks. Fairs usually happen in churches (like this one in Michigan), are sponsored through a school or university (like this one in Missouri), or put together with the help of concerned folks in the community (like this fair in New York).
