I can so relate to the days where the sheer volume of what needs to be done is enough to knock you on your backside.

<p>I know I&#8217;m sensitive to getting stressed about &#8220;getting it done&#8221; some days more than others. As far as I know, there are no magic answers except to just dive in and do it at both work and home. </p>
