Yesterday I introduced you to HappyBaby The Organic Guide to Baby’s First 24 Months and if you look at it from a healthy baby standpoint I would categorize this book as excellent, however it’s also being marketed as a green baby book, and I while it is a healthy baby book, some of the green info is not as good. Pesticides During Pregnancy Not Ok

I’m sure you already know – or at least had an inkling (before reading this post title) that pesticides during pregnancy are not ok. However, a new report out from The Organic Center (TOC), a leading research institute focused on the science of organic food and farming, confirmed this fact today after rampaging 150 scientific studies.

A “balanced organic diet before and during pregnancy directly benefits childhood development.”
