If you’ve got an iPhone, chances are you love your applications. Why not choose some green apps to eco-up your day? Here’s a list of just some of the eco-apps available.
FREE iRecycle from Earth 911: I’m a big ol’ fan of Earth 911 in general and now they have an app for your iPhone (see screen shot above). This app rocks with access to over 100,000 recycling and disposal locations for over 200 materials. You can get directions to the nearest site from your current location via a map, get hours of operation, and more.

I’ve known the end of the school year has been coming for a while – my mother-in-law is a teacher and has been counting the days to summer break.
