We love corn on the cob, but we hate that big, boiling pot of water heating up the house when we make it indoors. We tried microwaving the corn, but it didn’t taste as tender or as sweet.
Then, we started trying grilled corn. First, we husked it and put it on the grill. It got all scorched up and tasted burned. Next, we tried wrapping it in foil. Still not too great. Finally, we decided to try using it the way it came, wrapped in husks. Boy, is it good!
