		<description><![CDATA[During the summer growing season I love it when all or most of my meal comes from the garden. It gives me a sense of pride to know that I grew the meal in front of me, and that it tastes ten times better than anything I could buy at the grocery store (also more nutritious, and organically grown but that&#8217;s another story).
Here are a couple of my favorite summer meals from the garden:

<p>Here are a couple of my favorite summer meals from the garden:</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Today I watching the Food Network and Bobby Flay was making some potatoes on the grill.  I&#8217;m a fan of anything potatoes - a firm believer in the fact that there are no bad potato recipes. This dish is a grilled french fry or &#8220;steak&#8221; fry.
Start with 6 clean, good-sized potatoes.  Put them in a pot of cold water, add 1 tablespoon of salt, then set to boil for 10 minutes. Remove the potatoes, let cool, then slice into strips, and drizzle with oil (I prefer olive).

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I watching the Food Network and Bobby Flay was making some <strong>potatoes on the grill</strong>.  I&#8217;m a fan of anything potatoes - a firm believer in the fact that there are no bad potato recipes. This dish is a grilled french fry or &#8220;steak&#8221; fry.</p>
<p>Start with 6 clean, good-sized potatoes.  Put them in a pot of cold water, add 1 tablespoon of salt, then set to boil for 10 minutes. Remove the potatoes, let cool, then slice into strips, and drizzle with oil (I prefer olive).</p>

<li>1 tablespoon ground bay leaves</li>
<li>2 1/2 teaspoons celery salt</li>
<li>1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard</li>
<li>1 teaspoon ground black pepper</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon ground cloves</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon ground allspice</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon ground ginger</li>
<li>1 teaspoon paprika</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon ground mace</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom</li>
<p>Combine all ingredients.  Store in an air-tight container.</p>
