Garden Party with BEEKMAN 1802

I’ve been enjoying some cherry tomatoes off my tomato plant out front. The pots and planter have taken on a minature  jungle look which the neighborhood cats enjoy exploring. I’ll take some photos this weekend and show you what I mean with a more in-depth GroGood update.

GroGood Urban Garden Update

I’ve got a picture update from my little patio garden. I’ve noticed that things are growing much quicker in one pot, so I’m going to give everything a regular feeding from now on. The pot that has the Early Girl Tomato, the Zucchini, and a couple of Sweet Potatoes is the sprinter.
My pepper plant is doing okay, a couple of blossoms.  I planted it in March, so it should be doing more by now. I am going to experiment with moving it around. Maybe it will respond better in a different location.

GroGood Project Moving Along

Today, I picked up a dill plant and soil for my GroGood project. I wanted to fill the planter boxes that they sent me and plant some seeds that I got last week – basil, radish, and peas. The plan was to add to the squash and tomatoes that I planted a couple of weeks ago. 
I got all my materials ready, made sure my camera was close by, then I noticed that the boxes they sent me were clearly marked with, “Not For Food, Ornamental Use Only.”  Uh oh. Dang.
