Food Network Chef Guy Fieri has teamed up with Ergo Chef to create his set of knives called, “Knuckle Sandwich” Series Knives. Chef Guy was introduced with Ergo Chef knives in 2007 and after discovering the quality and designs of the knives, he decided to develop his own line of knives carrying his seal of approval.

Guy Fieri is one of my favorite Food Network stars. I think it’s because of the energy and passion he puts into everything he does. I love to see people passionate about what they do.
I’ve been following Guy since he first made his appearance on The Next Food Network Star several years ago. I was rooting for him then, and I’m still rooting for him now.

I can’t wait to check out Guy’s latest Food Network show, The Guy Fieri Roadshow. The new show will combine food with rock and roll. Two of my favorite things.

I promised you a grilled pork recipe from Guy Fieri when I was talking about the “Search For The Next Pork Personality.” Go check it out for all the contest details.
I think this grilled pork appetizer is definitely worth the wait. This would make a great start for a backyard barbecue, or summer dinner. Sweet and savory at the same time, yum!

Headliners for this year’s Fabulous Food Show in November have been announced, and the majority are recognizable faces!
The Food Show starts Friday, November 13 and runs until Sunday, November 15.
The Show kicks off with “Semi- Homemade” star Sandra Lee and “Tyler’s Ultimate” Tyler Florence, both slated for the 13th. On the 14th Tyler returns with Guy Fieri, and Bobby Flay will close things down on the 15th.
Tickets don’t go on sale until this summer, but keep an eye out if you’re a Food Network fan that wants to see some stars in action!

Ultimate Recipe Showdown, which hit Food Network scene a year ago, is premiering its second season tomorrow night, January 4 at 9:00pm on Food Network.
Hosted by Guy Fieri and Marc Summers, the show features amateur cooks from around the country competing with their own recipes against three other contestants.
There are six categories total: burgers, chicken, comfort foods, pasta, cakes and cookies. The ultimate winner takes home a prize of $25,000 and gets their dish featured on the T.G.I. Friday’s menu.

 
This Sunday morning I watched the premiere of Guy Fieri’s show, Guy’s Big Bite. 
He did a fantastic job and most importantly the food looked great.  So great in fact, I am went to the website and downloaded the recipe. 
The menu consisted of grilled Bloody Mary Flank Steak, Grilled Romaine with Blue Cheese Bacon Vinaigrette and Parmesan Taters.  Guess what we will be having next weekend?
