Anyone who’s read Mental Health Notes for any respectable amount of time knows I have a serious obsession with Harry Potter. Like, serious.
Even more serious than my obsession with Wentworth Miller Prison Break.
And that’s pretty serious.
So, like every other mud red-blooded Harry Potter fan, I’ve been on the edge of my seat waiting for the official Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince trailer to hit theaters and, consequently, YouTube.

Harry Potter: A Cure for Depression?

Here’s a new one for you: Reading the books of the Harry Potter series could help minor/low-grade depression.
I can’t take credit for that idea (and at present don’t know if I’d want to) – it’s from a 2003 article, Mental Health Benefits of Harry Potter, written by Jeff Stoyanoff and featured at MuggleNet.
