Halloween is my favorite holiday, which makes perfect sense as I love both dressing up and chocolate equally. It’s also the perfect opportunity to put on something fun, sexy, or scary (your pick!) and hit the town. Buffy Summers explained it best when she told Willow that Halloween was “come as you aren’t day.” It’s the one day year when you are expected to get a bit wild. (Just a bit).

That First Game Ball

We all went to the T-Bones Game tonight and we had a blast. This was the first time we actually went as the entire family, the older three and dad went last year but me and the youngest bowed out due to the weather and his size. This year though, there was no stopping us as going as a family and we all had a great time and lots of memories will stick from this round of ball

A Day for Fun

I spent some time today at my annual church picnic. There were bouncy castles, water slides, volley ball nets, face painting & other activities. The kids just loved it. My little three year old had the time of his life running up the stairs for the water slide and sliding down over and over again. It was great to just get out of the house and have a bit of fun, catching up with friends and relaxing. While the day was fun it was also exhausting.
