Well, I didn’t say it. Actually John Mackey, the chief executive of a London area Whole Foods, said it. According to the Telegraph, Mr Mackey noted that shoppers have been let down because Whole Foods, or his Whole Foods maybe in particular has been filling the shelves with fat-laden products.

Why Watermelon is Heart Healthy

Watermelon is not only a cooling summer food that’s fun to eat. It has heart healthy properties and is naturally low in saturated fat, total fat and cholesterol.
A recent study by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) about watermelon consumption and heart healthy benefits was completed and published in March 2007.
