Festive Fall Potato Fajitas Recipe

I decided to make up my own recipe for Potato Fajitas. I got the idea from a menu at a Mexican restaurant, but I didn’t order them and there was no photo. One day, I’ll order it and see if mine were better!
With autumn coming up, I wanted to make this dish festive with orange and yellow bell peppers. Plus, it’s not so bad to leave the oven on for baking potatoes when the weather finally cools down.

Baked Chop Suey

I’m always looking for a new way to use hamburger, and this recipe was an old one that’s been handed down from my granny. I tried it and it was a nice weekday meal (meaning that it was easy to do and the family seemed to like it.) Here’s what you need:
1 pound hamburger
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. rice
4 T. soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
