I did find some pasta at the grocery store a few weeks ago that’s called Smart Taste. It’s white pasta, but it is loaded with fiber. One serving (of the Rotini) has 180 calories, 1 gram of fat, and 6 grams of dietary fiber. That’s 3 Weight Watchers points for a 2-ounce serving size. Not too bad.
