We are only a few weeks into school and my daughter is already a bit bored with her lunch. I worked in the 3 cafeteria for 3 years and I have a pretty good idea what might work. I know what kids like and what they are most likely to throw away.

I did find some pasta at the grocery store a few weeks ago that’s called Smart Taste. It’s white pasta, but it is loaded with fiber. One serving (of the Rotini) has 180 calories, 1 gram of fat, and 6 grams of dietary fiber. That’s 3 Weight Watchers points for a 2-ounce serving size. Not too bad. Best of all, this pasta tastes great. I’ve started using it for spaghetti, and my kids can’t tell the difference.
