I’m a fan of nutrition bars, especially nutrition bars with chocolate in them, so when I was offered a chance to try a sample of the new Odwalla Chocolate Chip Trail Mix Bar of course I said yes.
The new Odwalla Chocolate Chip Trail Mix Bar, hitting stores this month, has yummy chocolate chips mixed in with rolled oats, peanuts, raisins, coconut, and sunflower seeds.

Pistachios: Heart Healthy, Figure Friendly

My daughter, Sarah, is a pistachio nut. Okay, well maybe not a nut-nut, but she sure is a big fan. Her favorite pistachio is Roasted and Salted. I agree with that choice, but the Salt and Pepper flavor would have to come in second. Have you tried the South of the Border flavor? Spicy.
