Top 5 Reasons I Know I Have A Hearty Life During The Holidays… In Pictures

]]> I have been thinking about what type of list post to write here at A Hearty Life for a few days. We are having a theme type day here at our science and health channel today and our exact theme is “a top 5 holiday type list on your specific topic”.

Hmm… we all know the food list, the traveling list and the what not to do list when it comes to cardiac health. So I have pondered over what would be new and fresh and useful, and have come up with the ol’ goose egg several times. But when I think about the words HEART- HOLIDAYS- HEALTH-LIFE, the same image keeps popping into my head… my family!

How do I know that my heart is healthy? I take a look around and realize everything that I have and get that warm, loving, overwhelming feeling in my chest. I don’t care what the experts say, I think that our hearts FEEL love and signal our brains to feel emotion!
