Cleaning the home isn’t always a pleasant task. While we know we do it to keep our homes neat, organized and hygienic, it does get tiring. And aren’t there days when you just want to chill and leave the dust bunnies under the coffee table? Unfortunately, we can’t leave them there for too long.
How do you make cleaning less of a chore, and more of a fun activity? Here are some ideas.

What Happens When You Hire A Friend?
It can sometimes be unhealthy…that’s what.
This comes under the heading of, “It seemed like a good idea at the time”.
There are times when, in my new role of small business owner, “dog mom”, and house-wifey — I need a little help with some of the chores around here.
So, when my “danny”, (dog-walker-dog-nanny) asked if she could increase her hours…I thought what a great opportunity to combine the dog walking responsibilities with some light house duties.
I put together an official “danny” schedule and shared it with her. She seemed thrilled…and oddly inhabited with new-found sense of purpose.

Creative Cleanliness or Obsessive Compulsion?
The creative period for new Pet Set products can sometimes be a delicate balance between productivity, procrastination and dementia.
As with so many creative endeavors, there is the conceptual phase, the fine-tuning phase and the endless revision phase (read self-torment).
All of you creatives out there know versions of this drill. (And that means moms and teachers too).
Sometimes it’s late-night scribblings on a bedside pad…sometimes it’s singing in the shower, and sometimes ideas materialize while walking the dog.
