I’ve taken up reading recently, which would sound odd if you knew me. I’ve always collected books, read many books a week, and been overall book obsessive my entire life. However, for the last year I’ve been writing so much that I’m all worded out. I don’t much love to see words when I’m not working, so I quit reading for the most part – long books I mean. Spending the better part of the day in bed with a good book?
How about spending the better part of the day in a bed that is a book?
House of Books, designed by world famous artist, Livio De Marchi, is a livable wood sculpture. The walls, furniture, roof; all designed around the theme of books. The original House of Books resides in the Venetian countryside. Ahhh, books, quaint houses, and Italy… So, this is what love feels like.
